If you are not completely and totally satisfied, you may return it back to us at our warehouse facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date of your order.

Thirty (30) Day Money Back Return Policy

Our products come with a money back return policy effective for thirty (30) days from the original purchase date of your merchandise order, unless otherwise specified. If for any reason, you are not One Hundred Percent (100%) completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us, WirelessPro.com, here at our warehouse facility and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding the original shipping and handling charges. We will pay the return shipping charges in instances due to errors on our part, such as shipping the wrong itme. You, the customer, must return products to us at your expense in the original box with all materials, literature, information and package inserts, all in undamaged condition. WirelessPro.com reserves the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce the amount credited if the product is not returned in undamaged condition and / or if all product contents are not returned.

A copy of your printed order information must accompany the merchandise return. You may telephone us at 1-847-949-4639 from approximately 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM CT, Monday through Fridays, excluding business holidays, in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning the product, or you may email us at info@wirelesspro.com. ALL returns must display a Return Merchandise Authorization number, (RMA#), on the exterior of the package and should be sent back to us here at our warehouse facility. Our address is:

Upon the receipt of return shipments to us here at our warehouse facility, refunds will be made via the issuance of credit to credit card accounts generally within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, excluding business holidays.

At WirelessPro.com, on-line shopping is easy.

When visiting our product pages, you may need to use the "Back" button of your browser in order to revisit items on a previous page or pages. You may also utilize the Product Search window.

When you see a product that you would like to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. Then enter the quantity, the number of items you wish to purchase, and then select "CheckOut". This will automatically take you to the "CheckOut" page where you can finalize your purchase. Please allow approximately 24 to 48 hours during normal business days, Mondays through Fridays, to process your order. We are closed during Russian Orthodox Christian holy days.

Payment Options

For U.S. domestic purchases, WirelessPro.com accepts most major credit cards. You may also purchase products from our company by telephoning us toll free at 1-888-560-5600. Other payment options include gift certificates, checks, certified checks and money orders. Checks and money orders must be made out for the total amount of the purchase price, plus shipping and handling charges (plus sales tax for Illinois residents). Please allow ample time, usually approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days or so for checks and money orders to clear.

Currently, there is no sales tax charged on internet transactions shipped to recipients outside of the State of Illinois. Illinois residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax on the purchase price of products only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Sales tax is automatically added to the merchandise order amount of Illinois residents at the time of purchase. All prices refer to, or are in, U.S. dollars.

Shipping Information

We require that all international orders be prepaid in U.S. funds via certified check, money order or the wire transfer of funds to the company account of Wirelesspro.com in United States currency. International orders may be subject to special import costs, fees, duties, tariffs, taxes and customs policies. The customer hereby agrees to, and is fully responsible for, the payment of any and all additional costs, fees, duties, tariffs, taxes and custom's charges. In some foreign countries, many types of merchandise require an import permit, which you, the addressee, must obtain. Foreign countries often impose fees based upon the Country(s) of the Sender and / or based upon the Country(s) of Origin, which refers to where products are manufactured. The customer is fully responsible for all import costs, fees, duties, tariffs, taxes and / or custom's charges as well as any additional costs. WirelessPro.com usually ships domestic orders via UPS, United Parcel Service, or The USPS, The United States Postal Service, from our main warehouse in the suburban Chicago city of Mundelein, Illinois in the U.S.A., The Unites States of America. Exact shipping and handling charges are determined by the actual package size, package weight, insured value, destination and shipment method of the merchandise order. The estimated delivery of ground types of shipments may take from one (1) to seven (7) days in the 48 contiguous states. To expedite orders, other U.S. domestic methods of shipment such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Three Day Select, USPS Express Mail and USPS Prioriy Mail are available at additional cost.

Please allow approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days for checks and money orders to clear. All shipments are subject to product availability. Special shipping requests are subject to our approval. The actual freight or shipping and handling charges may vary from the amount estimated at the time of order placement.

Return Information
